How Your Voucher Works

• ​Single Use: This voucher is valid for one appointment only, specifically for the reservation time you confirmed with us.
• ​Payment: The value of this voucher will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
• ​Cancellations & Refunds: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours.
• ​Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can apply your voucher to the new appointment.
• ​No-Shows: If you don't show up for your appointment and haven't canceled, your voucher will be forfeited.
• ​Confirmation: We will contact you on the day of your appointment to confirm. If we don't hear from you 2 hours before your reservation time, your appointment will be canceled, and your voucher will be void.
